Annie Beth is an Eastern North Carolina native but has lived in the Charlotte area ever since she moved here for college. She is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with a degree in Music Therapy and Psychology. Annie Beth and her husband, Brad, live in the Indian Trail area with their four teens.
Annie Beth and Brad serve at Idlewild as the Children’s Ministry Directors. (They’re a team!) Annie Beth has been working with children in a teaching capacity for over 25 years. She has the same amount of years of experience working with children with special needs in both educational and therapeutic settings.
Annie Beth also uses her business skills to serve as the Social Media Manager for Idlewild.
Outside of Idlewild, Annie Beth balances her time between being a homeschooling mom, Integrator for the family business (North Carolina Farms), and the Chief Business Officer for Bandersnatch Books. (And she’s a middle-grade author.) She and Brad are also the founders of Signposts Ministries, a nonprofit for families of children with special healthcare needs.
Annie Beth’s family also loves animals. They have one dog, one cat, one guinea pig, one fish, three birds, one horse, four donkeys, and an unknown number of goats. (They keep multiplying.)
