Youth Baseball/Softball Registration

Registration Instructions:

**Please read all steps carefully or your child(ren) may not get registered properly

Each child must be registered separately, but you will be able to pay for all registrations at once using our PayPal online payment feature. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

Click the appropriate Register button below for the childs age.
Complete the form with the parent/guardian and child information.
Click the Submit button.
Your information will be displayed.
Click Register Another Child or Check Out. Check Out will redirect you to PayPal for payment processing.

Boys & Girls T-Ball 6 & Under - $70.00
*Must be at least 4 yrs, 6 mos on 4/1/2019 to play

Baseball/Softball 7 & Older - $90.00
*Must be less than 16 yrs on 5/1/2019 to play

Donation to Nicaragua Sports Ministry

Partnering with New Song Mission Nicaragua Sports Ministry, you may make a donation to help Nicaragua youth know Christ through sports. Click below if you would like to participate in this special giving. You will be redirected to PayPal.
